Michelle Yeadon named an ADWEEK Agent of Change for 2026
Responsible Marketing Advisory’s Chief Product Officer recognised by ADWEEK for her work advancing accessibility and driving meaningful change across the advertising industry.
We’re proud to announce that Michelle Yeadon, Chief Product Officer at Responsible Marketing Advisory (RMA), has been named one of ADWEEK’s 2026 Agents of Change - a prestigious recognition celebrating the people reshaping marketing, media, and advertising through meaningful action.
Presented by Empower, ADWEEK’s Agents of Change recognises leaders who combine commercial excellence with a commitment to creating a more responsible, inclusive and forward-thinking industry.
For Michelle, that commitment is reflected in her work to make advertising more accessible, ensuring inclusion is considered not as an afterthought or a compliance exercise, but as an essential part of effective creative work.
The Ad Accessibility Network
Michelle has been a driving force in the creation and operationalisation of the Ad Accessibility Network, a free tool with practical guidance for advertisers and brands to help them on their journey to creating more accessible advertising campaigns. Since the Network was published in 2025, Michelle has been a key driver who has helped multiple organisations embed accessibility into their campaigns, creating industry-wide progress.
This is what ADWEEK had to say about Michelle’s incredible impact:
“Accessibility is not a burden - it’s a creative tool, and Michelle Yeadon took that thesis all the way to Cannes Lions 2026 with P&G’s Taide Guajardo. At Responsible Marketing Advisory, she has been the driving force behind the ISBA Ad Accessibility Network since its operationalization - when only 17% of global advertising had any accessibility features—and attracted the likes of Google, Meta, Unilever, and Diageo to the steering group. She co-created freely available best practice guides and production checklists to help advertisers the world over. And while the program was only launched in 2025, ISBA member brand ads with subtitles have risen from 51% to 70%.”
This recognition is a testament to Michelle’s leadership and the meaningful progress she continues to drive towards a more inclusive advertising industry.
